BANGOR - A Brewer man is facing burglary and driving charges following a traffic stop in Bangor early this morning.

Devin Tracy, 18, was pulled over shortly after 1:00, after officers noticed the car he was driving did not have headlights on. Tracy could not produce a license and officers noticed he was under the influence. He then failed a field sobriety test. Police later discovered that it was actually stolen from the Bumper 2 Bumper car dealership on Hammond Street. There were also stolen items in the car taken from the business. Tracy is being held at the Penobscot County Jail on $2,500 cash bail and will appear before a judge Wednesday afternoon.
