Local Kids Organize March on Main Street in Ellsworth Submitted: 11/25/2009
Ellsworth - Some young citizens of Ellsworth made their voices heard in a grown-up way, Tuesday, as they protested the closing of a local toy store.

A dozen kids held signs and spoke out about the closing of "Four The Fun of It", a mom and pop business that is going out of business because of what they say is the influx of big box stores to the area.

Mack McClusky, a 6-year-old resident started teh protest of the closing toy store, which saw sales drop 50 to 75 percent over the summer. He and his friends feel their efforts will keep the store open.

The toystore will still sell products on-line.
