Medway Man Arrested for recent Arson Submitted: 11/20/2009
MEDWAY - A 39-year-old Medway man has been arrested and charged with Arson in relation to a fire yesterday morning that destroyed an abandoned house.

Douglas Deloge was charged with the felony crime after being questioned this afternoon at the East Millinocket Police Department. Investigators with the State Fire Marshal’s Office have worked closely with the police department and Medway Fire Department in trying to solve the four arsons that have occurred in the small town since late October—Deloge has only been charged with yesterday’s blaze that destroyed a house off Route 116. He is one of seven arson arrests made this week—the other arrests were for fires in Presque Isle, Greenwood, Windham, Bath, Augusta, and Belgrade.
