Murder-Suicide in Old Orchard Beach Submitted: 11/17/2009
Old Orchard Beach - State police are calling the shooting deaths of two people in Old Orchard Beach a murder-suicide.

Bruce Savoy, 55, and his wife, Stacey, 50, were both found dead of gunshot wounds Tuesday morning inside their home.

Investigators believe Bruce shot his wife sometime Monday afternoon before turning the gun on himself.

A handgun was found with the bodies and three suicide notes were located inside thehome which cited the breakup of his marriage.

The bodies had been discovered by a neighbor who went to the house to walk the couple's dogs.
