Vassalboro - Much to the anger of many in the audience Tuesday night, the Vassalboro planning board granted Donald Crabtree permission to re-open his topless coffee shop in a temporary location.

Crabtree is allowed to re-open his Grandview Topless Coffeeshop in an office trailer set up on his property, since the original building was burned down earlier this year.That fire has been classified as arson, but no one has yet been charged.

The new permit will allow Crabtree to operate in the temporary location for a year, buy he must also remove the debris from the fire from his property.

The business began serving customers Wednesday morning.
