HAMPDEN - The Hampden Police Department is looking for the public’s help in solving two burglaries last month.
Authorities say someone entered a motor vehicle on Sawyer Road in Bangor on October 20th and stole a car registration and garage door opener. The suspect then allegedly broke into to car owner’s home, stealing several laptops, jewelry and credit cards. They used the credit cards to then shop at numerous stores as well as purchase gift cards, totaling nearly $5,000. If you have any information that you believe may help the investigation, call Officer Joshua Gunn at the Hampden Police Department at 862-4000.
